Our Story

Cindy’s Balloons and Party Supply was co-founded by Susana Gann and her brother Israel López, inspired by the idea of bringing joy and unforgettable memories to every celebration. What began with a small $2,000 investment and a handful of piñatas has grown into a well-loved family business serving families, businesses, and the community across East Texas.

A Family Business at Heart

From the very beginning, family has been at the center of Cindy’s Balloons. Susana leads the balloon décor and event design services, while Israel manages the party supply and candy shop. Their mother continues to handcraft piñatas, and starting this year, Susana’s husband David joined the team to expand services and offer customers even more options. During peak seasons and busy holidays, the entire family steps in to help, ensuring every customer receives the best service possible.
